Q: WHAT IS THE SIZING LIKE?

A: Sizing is true to size, materials will not shrink over time either. Consider sizing up for a baggy/loose fit.

Q: WHAT IS THE QUALITY LIKE?

A: We use the best materials for our items, using a perfect cotton premium blend for maximum comfort, durability and print quality. Sewed seams are hidden and professionally done.

Q: HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR OTAKU OASIS™ CLOTHING

A: OTAKU OASIS™ t-shirts, shorts and hoodies are made out of cotton/polyester and should be cared for as a living, natural garment.

For our Reversible Jackets :

1. Gentle Wash Only: Use cold water and a gentle cycle to protect both sides of the jacket.
2. Close Zippers: Ensure all zippers and closures are secured to prevent snags.
3. Mild Detergent: Use a mild, bleach-free detergent to maintain fabric quality.

Drying Instructions:

• Air Dry Preferred: Lay flat or hang in a shaded area to dry naturally.
• Low-Heat Tumble: If using a dryer, opt for a low-heat setting. Avoid high heat to prevent shrinking or damage.

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once all of your items have been shipped.

When receiving your tracking number(s), please allow up to 3-7 days for it to be activated in the shipping company's system. 

You will be given a link that will show you every movement your item takes.
